Can I use direct deposit?
YES! Just choose Direct Deposit in the checkout-shopping cart.

How much will delivery cost me?
Flat Rate of $17.50 on orders this includes insurance. Flat Rate Shipping is up to 5 KG, for anything over this weight or oversized we will inform you of the extra cost before shipping.

Can I pick up my order?
YES you can collect but if the internet specifies that it is an internet special price ONLY there will be a 10% handling charge.

Are my goods insured?
YES! Your order is fully insured against loss or damage.

Are your products covered by warranty?
YES! All our products have a genuine Australian back to base 12-month warranty with the manufacturer (e.g. Bushnell, Leica, Sky-Watcher etc). Skywatcher Telescopes are 5 Years.
